PRICES
Unless otherwise specified, all prices published by
Astron Industries are in Australian Dollars and are subject to
alteration without notice. Astron Industries will endeavour to provide
reasonable forward advice of price changes wherever possible.
GOODS AND SERVICE TAX (GST)
GST is not included in Astron’s list
prices. GST will be added to, and shown separately on all invoices
issued.
Invoices issued by Astron Industries are compliant
Tax Invoices as defined under the New Tax System legislation.
DISPATCH OF GOODS
Astron Industries will endeavour to dispatch
all stock orders within 24 hours.
Orders received prior to 2pm on any business day for
items held in stock will, under normal circumstances, be dispatched on
that day.
FREIGHT
Unless otherwise agreed, freight will be charged as
an additional item on all invoices issued for the supply of goods where
the cost of freight can be reasonably determined at the time of
shipment. Otherwise freight will be invoiced separately at a later time.
CLAIMS AND RETURNS
Claims will only be accepted within 30 days of
the date of delivery.
Returns will only be accepted on prior arrangement
and may incur a handling charge or re-stocking fee.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
Terms and Conditions Of Sale are attached and are
incorporated by implication into all Sales Transactions undertaken
by Astron Industries.
