InstaPlate is a new, easier and faster way to manufacture high quality photopolymer plates. It's as easy as placing InstaPlate on top of your negative and exposing. InstaPlate takes the guesswork and mess out of the photopolymer process. InstaPlate is so simple, you can easily train any member of your staff to make photopolymer plates.

InstaPlate can be exposed on many different types of photopolymer equipment, even some sheet photopolymer exposure machines. InstaPlate photopolymers are available in a soft durometer for making imprinting dies, and a hard durometer for making matrix board masters.

With InstaPlate you no longer have worry about the skilful steps traditionally required in the platemaking process.

  • No longer do you need to pour your photopolymer the night before to remove air bubbles.

  • No longer do you need to use glycerine or a vacuum to hold down the cover film.

  • No longer do you need to use damming tape to keep the photopolymer contained.

  • No longer do you need to skilfully pour the photopolymer

  • No longer do you need to remove air bubbles from poured photopolymer

  • No longer do you have to skilfully place the substrate film on top of the photopolymer.

  • No longer do you have to wait minutes for the photopolymer to spread out.

  • InstaPlate Saves Time and Money

M&R’s InstaPlate system provides a process simple enough for a novice, that produces high quality photopolymer dies with a backing substrate, quickly and cost efficiently.
