Plate Size: Any size up to 9"x12" (A4)

System Functions: The versatile System 1020 exposure system is designed to process liquid photopolymers, and contact daylight negatives. With an optional vacuum table adapter sheet photopolymers can also be exposed. The heavy duty System 1020 is precision engineered for many years of high quality performance.

110V 60hz (220v 50hz also available) Stainless Steel (INOX)

SPECIAL FEATURES
Platemaking Made Easy: A convenient, easy to use exposure frame sits inside the machine. This allows you to prepare your liquid photopolymer plate in the machine. This saves counter space as the machine is your work center. An air pressure removal system easily dissipates any air bubbles which may occur in the photopolymer.

Exposure System: Three precision Omron® timers simultaneously control the upper and lower exposure bulbs. A third timer controls the post exposure process. The background timer also controls the exposure of the contact negatives. Two sets of exposure bulbs provide the background exposure, relief exposure, post exposure, and contact negative exposure.

Post Exposure System: A large post exposure drawer features an internal, removable post exposure tray which is glass covered to contain the post exposure solution.

Contact Negative System: On top of the machine a contact frame provides an exposure area to make daylight contact negatives (IDEAL Daylight AQ). The contact frame is separate from the photopolymer work area. This helps you keep the contact exposure area clean.

Modular Components Are Easily Removed: The system's electrical components are installed with "plug in" connectors for easy repair, if necessary.
