Jackson Marking System's Precision Vulcanising Press Data Sheets.

Vulcanizer of Choice among Stampmakers Worldwide!

The electrically welded steel framework of the Jackson Precision Presses will withstand years of hard use. Only the best available manual and motorized hydraulic systems are installed in Jackson Marking Products' Precision Presses, and over 30 years of experience in the rubber-stamp business have gone into their development. (Model 1524 shown at right.)

Both platens are heated with a unique system of heating elements designed to evenly distribute heat across the entire platen surface. This even distribution eliminates "hot spots" that can cause overcuring and undercuring on portions of your mold. Our Precision Presses are available for operation on standard North American electrical power or for export anywhere in the world!

MODEL 1524

The Model 1524 Precision Press is an affordable vulcanizer for growing stamp shops that need extra capacity and increased employee efficiency! Because of the large platen size, individual platen temperature control units are used to assure even distribution of heat across each platen surface. The motorized hydraulic systems raises the lower platen without the need for hand-pumping and compressed air. The lower platen can be set to drop automatically at the end of the curing cycle. Maximum sustained temperature is 400oF/200oC. Shipped complete with work light and steel supporting stand.

MODEL 1015 and MODEL 1515 Precision Presses

These rugged and heavy-duty production machines are built for serious stampmakers! Some of the features that distinguish these machines from others include four-post steel construction and a heavy-gauge steel base. The heat is controlled through the use of a digital microprocessor temperature-controller with thermocouple sensors in each platen. The high-power heating elements can cause fast heat-up and quick recovery of lost heat when an item is inserted for processing.

The most accurate electronic digital countdown-timers available are built into the machines for exceptionally accurate cycle timing. These Precision Presses have a maximum sustained temperature tolerance of 350 degrees F./177 degrees C., which allows for molding of silicone and other industrial materials. The hydraulic-pressure gauge tells the operator exactly how much pressure has been applied to the platens. A one-year limited warranty is included, with a two-year warranty covering the hydraulic system.

MODEL 912 Precision Press

Designed for the medium-volume stampmaker who does not need a hydraulic-pressure gauge, the Model 912 has all of the quality features and the warranty described above.
MODEL 580 and MODEL 710 Precision Presses

These small vulcanizers are especially popular with part-time stampmakers who produce a limited quantity of stamps. The heat-control system uses an analog electronic temperature-controller and an analog temperature-meter. Both models feature an electronic digital timer that doubles as a clock when not in use. A 90-day limited warranty is included.
